Melboards manufactures an off the shelf range of modular cabinet carcasses, including base cupboards, drawers, pot drawers and corner cupboards, overhead cupboards, oven cabinets, pantries, broom cupboards, vanities and file drawers. We keep standard base, overhead and base corner units in stock for immediate delivery and can produce other catalogue components quickly.

 

Our modular cabinet carcasses can be used in any situation where cabinets are required: kitchen, laundry, bathroon, office, laboratory. We also make a range of modular wardrobe components. If you do not want to assemble your cabinets, ask us about our assembly service. We can also arrange installation if you wish.

Our cabinet components are all constructed using Australian made 16mm MR white melamine, edged as needed, and are supplied with all fixings ready for assembly. Melboards supplies a full line of benchtops and worktops from a budget range of pre-formed work tops in a limited range of colours through to high-end European and Australian laminates. In addition we can supply benchtops in stone, artificial stone, marble and other finishes. We keep a limited range of worktops from Egger in 600mm and 900mm widths and subcontract out the balance of our requirements, enabling our customers to benefit from our purchasing power. Melboards offers a full range of door styles and materials, from edged melamine, timber veneers, vinyl wrap and two-pack polyurethane through to natural timber. We manufacture our own edged melamine doors and sub-contract the balance of our door requirements to a number of specialist manufacturers; again, our customers benefit from our buying power. Drawer fronts are supplied to match the doors. We are proud suppliers of Tesrol products.

Melboards keeps a full range of hardware and accessories required by the cabinet maker: from drawer runners and hinges, through all fastenings, fixings and glues to cabinet making accessories such as Lazy Susans, roller appliance doors and pull out pantries. We also supply a range of kitchen appliances (ovens, stoves and cooktops, rangehoods, sinks and tapware), meaning that you need go no further than our showroom to meet all your requirements. In addition to our modular range of standard cabinets, our qualified cabinet makers can provide fully custom built cabinets for those hard to fit situations. We can either work from a fully-custom cutting sheet, or cut a standard cabinet down to size. The choice is yours.
